RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy:

At Trendz City, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 07 days of receipt.
Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Items must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as gift cards, perishable goods, and personal care items that have been opened are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@trendzcity.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Packaging: Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Policy:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Refunds (if applicable):

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@trendzcity.com.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@trendzcity.com and send your item to www.trendzcity.com.
